Refunds & Cancelation
We are pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for our cleaning services. In the event that our work does not meet your expectations, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours and we will revisit home or office to make it right! Should you need to cancel your cleaning for any reason, you may do so by cancelling through your calendar or by contacting us directly via email or phone We also offer the convenience of rescheduling to a different available date when you are ready for your cleaning.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. THE MAIDS AND/OR ITS FRANCHISEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SYSTEM AND RELATED INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
